I’ll be teaching a week long vinyasa yoga retreat, April 4-11, at the beautiful, eco-friendly Xinalani Retreat (pronounced “Shee-nah-lah-nee) just south of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Xinalani Retreat is about yoga, discovery, conscious travel, wellness and serenity. It is located on a private, hidden, pristine beach of Banderas Bay that is accessible only by boat and hosted by myself and fellow yogi Martin Scott. It’s a paradise.

From the Union Yoga SF site:

Each day you will enjoy two vinyasa yoga classes (one morning & one late afternoon), freshly prepared organic meals and plenty of free time to relax, unwind and leave behind the grind of your daily life. Xinalani has a private beach, spa services and organized activities such as jungle hikes, horseback riding or whale watching. You can also enjoy a moonlit walk on the beach and wiggle your toes in the phosphorescent sand. They also have kayaks and surfboards! Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean and the smell of fresh, clean air. Enjoy the closeness of nature, seeing the ocean at every turn, delicious food and lots of great yoga.
